This sourdough mix goes through a long, slow, temperature controlled fermentation process over 2 days, allowing the flavours to fully develop, and the proteins to break down, making the pizza base rich in flavour, stretchy with a bit of chew, and easy to digest.

Gluten Free Dough Balls 

These dough balls are suitable for those individuals who may be gluten intolerant, suffer from coeliac disease, or would just prefer something that agrees better with your digestive system then the gluten free balls.

Tomato Sauce

Only the finest Italian tomatoes and a touch of salt are used to create a sauce that is bursting with flavour. By choosing the best quality tomatoes you can develop a sauce that totally complements the pizza base.

This sauce is the ideal accompaniment to the dough balls, and all you need is just 60-75ml (approximately 2 1/2 dessert spoons) to spread on top of your pizza.

Fior Di Latte Mozzarella Cubes

A low moisture and mild mozzarella cheese in 4mm cubes making it easy to sprinkle and spread over the top of your pizza and melt evenly when cooked. Cubes are a style of cut that is often used by the pizzaiolo of Rome. This cheese will produce a great stretch, beautiful browning, and delicious taste. An easy to handle cheese that does not require prior soaking

Italian Premium Pepperoni

A premium pork-based pepperoni that features a robust, smoky, and slightly spicy flavour with a firm, dry texture and notes of fennel, red pepper, anise, and rosemary.

Napoli Pepper & Fennel Sausage Meat

Our Napoli pepper and fennel sausage meat is made in house from pork where the pigs are reared on a farm less than three miles away, allowing us to control the quality of the meat we are serving to you.
