This is the 5th pizza oven I have owned since I built my first concrete dome 16 years ago and is by far the best. I’ve had my Dome for less than 2 weeks but have already lit it about 8 times – loving the convenience of gas (previous pizza ovens have all been wood fired only) but still enjoy cooking on wood.
