Like some other reviews the bricks are not the same thickness given how they are made and given the price it would be nice to see the backs ground down to solve this and one was a slightly chipped on delivery given how they are packed (not an issue as I put that edge to the back). That being said they are a great upgrade to the standard bricks that came with the oven!

Absolute game changer over my inferior 3 year old brick, noticed a difference immediately after first use, family asked me what I had differently as the dough crust tasted better – A1 product

While the bricks appear more dense and have a smoother surface, there is no consistency to their thickness. I have eventually managed to arrange 4 x bricks so that I have a relative flat cooking surface, but they are not as easy to install as the standard bricks as each one appears to be unique in its height dimension

Great product, retain heat better than the standard brick.

I have used these in another oven we have, and they are great. Much better retention of heat.

A big improvement on the standard bricks I had. I’ve only used them once so need to get to know them better.
