Locally reared pork mixed with fennel and pepper brings a taste of Napoli and the Italian countryside to your pizza from the Yorkshire countryside. Our Napoli pepper and fennel sausage meat is made in house from pork where the pigs are reared on a farm less than three miles away, allowing us to control the quality of the meat we are serving to you.
Packaged as sausage meat, not sausages, as it is intended to be used on pizza or in pasta dishes. The picture is for representative purposes only.
The sausage meat has a shelf life of approximately 7 days.
