I’ve used both the wood fire and the gas and both work really well. The wood was much easier to use than I expected, but the gas came in useful when I was in a rush and was ready to cook in 15 mins. I cooked 15 pizzas in the first weekend to test it and it was great fun. Obviously I’m now on a diet for the next week! Definitely recommend the Ooni.

Used for the first time the heat control got a little getting used to (we used wood) but was brilliant once we got the hang of it. It does not come with a peel which is essential to use – disappointing for a quality product but we bought a cheap one from Amazon which worked really well. Highly recommend this produce and look forward to using it all year round.
