We aim to supply goods in excellent condition. We will repair or replace any item found defective or damaged before or during delivery. If after receiving the goods you change your mind, and the goods are still in a sale-able condition (i.e. how you received them) then you have up to 14 days to return them to us. Please notify us by email to email@example.com that you shall be returning the goods, detailing the reason why, and then return them with a copy of your delivery note or invoice enclosed. It is your responsibility to return the goods in good condition and the cost of return shall be at the customer’s own cost.
Should you order something from us, and wish to terminate the order soon after, if we have already despatched the goods, you will be liable for any charges that we incur as a result of your cancellation.
