Gozney Arc XL 16″
Essentially the major difference between the Arc and the Arc XL is the improved size capacity for cooking. Where the Arc can cook a 14” pizza in 60 seconds or less, the XL can cook a 16” pizza in the same time! The Arc XL features all of the best features of the Arc – with the lateral rolling flame, intuitive flame control, cordierite stone, 2 layers of insulation but weighs in slightly heavier at 26.5kg.
This makes the Arc XL slightly less desirable for trips outside the home, but small enough to be an impactful feature in your garden without taking up as much room as bigger Gozney ovens such as the Dome.

The essential differences between the Dome and the Dome S1 is that Gozney have taken the best features of the Dome and made it more compact in terms of size and design. Featuring the rolling flame, intuitive flame controls, built in precision temperature gauge and 30mm cordierite pizza stone you can have the best features of the dome for a slightly reduced price and save space in the process.
At 48.6kg, the S1 is still hefty when it comes to rearranging your outdoor cooking area but slightly easier to move. The insulating properties of the Dome, and therefore it’s ability to retain heat, are where the S1 falls short compared to it’s bigger brother.
