Great Oven. Could not be happier. Nice thick stone, good insulation and is ready to cook in about 40 minutes (heating moderately). But, can only really be used as a gas oven as the wood tray blocks the entrance. So you’ll need to make up your mind as the Igneus Bambino and Classico would make much better wood fired ovens.
