This sourdough mix goes through a long, slow, temperature controlled fermentation process over 2 days, allowing the flavours to fully develop, and the proteins to break down, making the pizza base rich in flavour, stretchy with a bit of chew, and easy to digest.
Each 250-gram ball can be stretched out to make a pizza of at least 30cm/12″ diameter.
Made with wild yeast, high-protein wheat flour, water, and salt, our sourdough dough balls are preservative-free. The sourdough “mother” called Bubbles has been nurtured since 2017, giving it a highly developed taste that enhances the flavour of your pizza.

Dough balls are shipped frozen & may arrive either partially or fully defrosted.
They can be refrozen upon receipt or defrosted and kept chilled at <5°C for up to 3 days. Packed in insulated bags with ice gel packs, they will arrive in perfect condition.
