Gluten Free Dough Balls


Delicious gluten free pizza dough balls that feature a recipe that produces similar results in the crust to our wheat flour dough balls and deliver a delicious crisp base. The recipe includes yeast to provide a great rise and makes pressing and rolling the dough out more manageable.

Each gluten-free dough ball weighs 250g, just the same as our original and sourdough versions but the connections don’t stop there. Once you have prepared your toppings and baked the gluten-free balls you will be hard-pressed to find the difference between traditional wheat flour versions, so much so that we trialled these on some of the teams’ children and the feedback was a resounding success.

If an order does not ship out on the expected day then it will trip over to the next delivery day. This product can not be collected from our showroom.
