With either wood or wood/gas options available you can achieve the traditional and superior wood fired flavour or opt for the consistency and ease of gas. Clementi pizza ovens will produce amazing restaurant quality pizza, succulent roast meats, fish and even superb stone baked bread. This is made possible by the clever features on the pizza oven, such as the patented ‘air-flow system’ allowing a constant flow of oxygen into the fire through a series of holes in the oven chamber to deliver consistency through everything you cook.  Various sizes are available from 1 pizza up to 5 pizza capacity
