The safest and most effective way to clean your oven. The Gozney MOP is a first-of-its- kind oven cleaning tool, developed in-house to respond to the needs of the best pizza chefs. While traditional brushes risk shedding bristles in the cook area, the MOP features a dual- purpose head built to withstand the high temperatures of the pizza oven. On one
side, a stainless steel scraper blade loosens stubborn debris without damaging the stone. On the other, an aramid fibre sponge steams and wipes away residue. The removable sponge head is durable – lasting longer than a year with consistent use – and replaceable. An elongated aluminium handle allows for safe use in larger ovens, a natural partner for the Pro Peel. This accessory is a massive unlock for any pizza maker and all pizza ovens.
