Delivery Timeframe
Delivery takes two working days from the date you place your order. We will always call and speak to you before dispatching an order, if you would like to request a specific delivery date, please include this in the order notes during checkout.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Your oven will arrive on a small pallet (75cm x 75cm) and our courier will use a pump truck to wheel it as close to your preferred location as possible.
Please note: Pump trucks cannot be operated on steps or loose gravel. If these obstacles are present, the pallet will be left at the nearest accessible point.
The oven itself weighs 30kg and can be safely carried by one strong person. Any loose firebricks, tools, or accessories are packed separately and can be easily carried in afterward.

Superb. Quick to heat up, the heat retention is excellent and there’s lots of space inside for two pizzas, or two pans. Very much recommended for someone with the space!
