The Igneus Pro 750 is a very popular oven choice for those looking to start a mobile pizza business. The oven can be fixed into a trailer and flued through the roof, or lifted out for van or gazebo setups.

The oven reaches temperature (500°C) in 30 minutes and has a comfortable cooking capacity for three 12″ or four 10″ pizzas at the same time. The 2026 upgrade features a fully welded 2mm stainless steel cooking chamber with enhanced insulation, including 25mm Skamotec boards and 30mm refractory firebricks.

Lightweight and durable

Although the oven is large in size, it is easy to lift and move around for two strong people. The oven weight, including the firebricks, is 90kg. We offer an optional trolley stand with two wheels at the rear, making it possible to move the oven with just one person.

The stand is made from the same 304 stainless steel as the oven, making it very hardwearing and able to withstand the UK weather. The bottom shelf is ideal for storing wood to fuel the oven, and optional side shelves can be purchased for storing your cooking tools.

Nothing beats traditional wood-fired cooking. The smoky wood flavour, combined with extreme 500°C temperatures, results in true Neapolitan, restaurant quality pizzas.

The Igneus Pro 750 features a large 75 × 75cm cooking area, capable of cooking three 12″ pizzas at the same time in just 90 seconds. For heavy use or when cooking back-to-back pizzas, we recommend upgrading to the professional firebricks. These high-density, smooth stones enhance the oven’s heat retention on the cooking surface.
