Cook more, hybrid style

The Dome Gen 2 brings the full spectrum of live fire cooking. It can be used on three different fuel types:

LPG Gas for ease of use. Like the Gozney Arc, the impressive lateral gas burner is off-set into the wall of the oven giving that full flame roll. 

Cook with Wood for rich, smoky flavour. Ideal for joints of meat, fish or vegetables.

Charcoal for those low and slow joints of meat or baking bread. Apply the Dome Gen 2 door to lock in the heat. 

Wood-Fire Control Kit

Control wood-fire cooking like never before. This kit comes with a battery-controlled fan which injects air under the fire to improve and control the wood-fired burn rate. Great for high-temperature cooking but also perfect for the low and slow cooks. Included with spare batteries so you always have a spare ready to go, and a high-quality wood rake to separate the fire from your food.
