The Dome Gen 2 delivers the full spectrum of live-fire cooking with support for three fuel types. Use LPG gas for ease and consistency, wood for rich smoky flavour, or charcoal for low-and-slow cooking and artisan baking.

Oven upgrades

Gozney’s signature lateral gas burner has been upgraded for even greater performance. As featured in the Gozney Arc and Arc XL, the flame now rolls across the oven roof to deliver powerful, even heat distribution throughout the cooking chamber.

Wood-Fire Control Kit

Take control of wood-fired cooking like never before. The Wood-Fire Control Kit features a battery-powered fan that injects air beneath the fire, allowing precise control over burn rate and temperature. Ideal for both high-heat cooking and low-and-slow sessions, the kit also includes spare batteries and a premium wood rake to manage the fire with ease.

New LED Digital Control System

The upgraded LED digital control screen is clearer, more intuitive, and fully removable for recharging, no disposable batteries required.
