The Igneus Minimo is the most portable wood fired pizza oven in the Igneus pizza oven collection. Just like it’s big brother ‘Igneus Classico‘ it’s make from the same 304 stainless steel for long lasting and very hard wearing but still small light weight and portable.

Wood Fired
Fuelled by small 6″ wood pieces makes the Minimo stand out from the other small wood fired pizza ovens, these larger pieces of wood means longer burn time and more heat control. The Igneus Minimo proves that great things come in small packages. In just 15 minutes, it rapidly reaches its optimum cooking temperature. Allowing you to embark on a culinary adventure with minimal waiting time. Its pizza-making prowess is impressive, as it cooks a 12″ pizza in 90 seconds. Perfect for satisfying those pizza cravings. However, what truly sets it apart is its adaptability. The Minimo used kiln dried hardwood logs. We recommend using kiln dried silver birch. This is because it burns quickly and at a high temperature.
