Wood Fired Cooking
To get that delicious wood fired flavour, you will use kiln-dried hardwoods logs as your fuel in the Pro 600. We highly recommend opting for kiln-dried silver birch due to its quick ignition and ability to maintain a high heat. It’s worth noting that if you use a denser wood, you should expect a longer wait to reach pizza cooking temperature. Please note: Fire is to be placed at the back of the oven when using commercially.
Thick Insulation

Quick to cook
The Igneus Pro 600 excels in its cooking performance, capable of preparing two 12″ pizzas simultaneously in an astonishingly short time frame of 60-80 seconds. This remarkable speed allows for a rapid and efficient pizza-making process, making it ideal for both professional chefs and enthusiastic home cooks who desire fast and consistent results.
First time fired it up. Cooked 8 pizza effortlessly. Then put a beef joint in followed by 2 loafs of bread No wood added after the pizzas and after the loafs finished oven stayed around 180 C for a further 2 hours. Will plan next time to cook a lot more or dry out some logs for future. Excellent.
This oven turns out restaurant quality pizzas.
